Uninterrupted dialogue with the communities on our larger islands.
TS Laevad OÜ has been organising ferry traffic between the mainland and the larger islands Hiiumaa, Muhu and Saaremaa since October 2016. Our operations are based on safe navigation, the satisfaction of our passengers and employees and uninterrupted dialogue with the communities on the islands.
We serve the maritime routes that see the heaviest traffic in the country.
Ferries depart from Kuivastu, Virtsu, Heltermaa and Rohuküla ports. The ferries Tõll and Piret serve travellers on the Virtsu-Kuivastu route, while Leiger and Tiiu cover the Rohuküla-Heltermaa route. Regula is our back-up ferry.
Our employees are true heroes!
Every employee working for us is a great asset for the company. They make sure that Muhu, Saaremaa and Hiiumaa stay connected to the rest of the world and aim to offer the passengers who use our services the best travelling experience in Estonia.
Passengers are our guests.
The key to good service is knowing your customers and what they need. We stay in contact with our customers with the help of social media, satisfaction surveys and our customer support, where we answer an average of 80 calls and e-mails every day. All passengers and their thoughts on our service are of strategic value to us.
Our vision
To be a reliable partner to our passengers and the state, ensuring the provision of effective and high-quality service. This way we contribute to the development of entrepreneurship and tourism on the larger islands.
Our mission
To offer the best travelling experience in Estonia.
