Change ticket

After changing the ticket, you will receive the new ticket and the invoice-purchase confirmation to your e-mail address; the previous ticket will become invalid.

You can cancel tickets only via the e-service, in ticket offices you can not cancel tickets.

Cancelling a ticket in the e-service

You can cancel tickets in the e-service 15 minutes before departure by the latest. When cancelling tickets, keep in mind that fees for additional services will not be refunded, and the service fee will be taken off of the refund according to the price list.
